Layout Reconfiguration and Merchandising Planograms

Their Story

The vision for reopening the retail store within the existing studio space was to create a more inspiring and interactive environment that balanced functionality, customer experience, and visual merchandising. The space needed to better support product browsing and design consultation while showcasing the brand’s textile collection in a more cohesive and engaging way.

Our Approach

The showroom was reworked to create a more seamless customer experience through improved layout flow, merchandising solutions, and new fixtures and furnishings. Distinct zones for visual inspiration were introduced, while the fabric area became the main focal point, bringing greater warmth, cohesion, and visual impact throughout the space.
