Their Story

Kim wanted to transform the unused bedroom into a warm and welcoming rental space. Working within a limited budget, the goal was to create a comfortable retreat that felt thoughtful, functional, and inviting for future renters to easily settle into and feel at home.

Our Approach

Working within a limited budget, the bedroom was fully reimagined with new furnishings, warm textures, and layered styling to create a welcoming rental retreat that supports both rest and everyday living. Existing elements, like the rug, and subtle bathroom updates helped create a comfortable space ready to welcome its next chapter.
